The areas in the Afrika Museum are exceedingly suitable for meetings, symposia and dinners, among other uses
The museum has an attractive auditorium which offers space to max. 150 persons and an atrium with space for max. 400 persons.

Your programme combined with a tour or other group activity held at the indoor or outdoor museum (such as an African music or African cooking workshop) gives your gathering a distinctive added value. We can also be of service to you with respect to entertainment, such as live African music or a performance of African stories.
Atrium
The atrium is a large light space of approx. 500 m2 with a glass roof. The museum uses the atrium as an exhibition hall and space for events. Companies and institutions can rent the atrium for a symposium, information market, reception or company party.
Meeting in a small group
For smaller groups, the museum has three meeting spaces available. A meeting of up to 40 persons can be held here.
Service and catering
Naturally, your gathering can be completed with catering services. When organising group gatherings and parties, the Afrika Museum works with PURA Catering and LaVie Catering. Together, we prepare an exclusive programme for your group, business or institution.
The Uniform Hospitality/Food & Beverage Conditions (‘UVH’) apply to all agreements concluded. We have these conditions available for inspection and they will be sent to you upon request at no cost. The UVH conditions are binding for everyone who makes use of our services.
